Asset Performance Management

Asset performance management (APM) encompasses the capabilities of data capture, integration, visualization and analytics tied together for the explicit purpose of improving the reliability and availability of physical assets. APM includes the concepts of condition monitoring, predictive forecasting and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).

Reliability, Availability & Maintainability(RAM)

We shall undertake full Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) scope for the WORK in order to secure the greatest lifetime return from production and operating assets. To achieve these objectives, a comprehensive Asset Management methodology shall be applied throughout the phases of RAM analysis.

RCM / FMEA

Our consultants has in-depth experience in conducting RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance),  Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis). We have applied FMECA techniques to the evaluation of a diverse range of systems.

Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

Our consultants have extensive expertise in performing Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Fault Tree Analysis is a top-down, deductive analysis which visually depicts a failure path or failure chain. FTA follows the concept of Boolean logic, which permits the creation of a series of statements based on True / False.

Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)

Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) is an analysis methodology and process that, as opposed to condition-based inspection, requires qualitative or quantitative assessment of the probability of failure (PoF) and the consequence of failure (CoF) associated with each equipment item, piping circuits included, in a particular process unit. A properly-implemented RBI program categorizes individual pieces of equipment by their risks and prioritizes inspection efforts based on this categorization.
